JustMoJazz Designs

Mood boards are a vital component of our interior design process, acting as a visual guide that enables us to effectively communicate our vision to inspire our clients to help illustrate and streamline decision-making process.

  • Establish a cohesive design vision.

Through mood boards we can visually illustrate the end goals. One of the primary functions of the mood board is to present a unified design concept that aligns us with our client’s preferences and expectations. Through the collection of images, textures, and colors, our mood boards facilitate a clear understanding of the project’s direction, ensuring that we are on the same page as our clients.

  • Guiding decision-making

Our mood boards will play an integral role in the decision-making process by visually representing how various design elements complement one another. This holistic perspective enables us to make more informed choices regarding materials, colors, and textures, ultimately resulting in a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing space.

Budget Spend Matrix

I run your design project just like I would on any of my IT Development Projects. Time is Queen and quality is King.

Weekly we review the budget spreadsheet to ensure we are managing allocated funds for areas/rooms of the project accordingly.

Using this method will help to keep the project on track and within spend allocations without going over budget.

Client Questionnaire

We use a customized client questionnaire to help fill in any missing gaps that exist during your design consultation so that we will be fully prepared to deliver our best work. Our main goal during your initial consultation is to go through an interior design client questionnaire to make sure we fully understand the needs.

Using this method will help to avoid rework, guess work and miscommunication, helping everyone to set expectations and goals.
