The Design management services will cover invoicing, inventory and the logistics side of the design, making the process quicker and less stressful. This process will prepare for the next phase in the process to execute all of the work that has been identified, visualized and planned for.

Once the final design is approved, the execution phase marks the realization of the design. Contractors' bids are submitted when needed and the designer prepares a detailed schedule of work, orchestrating the construction, installations and finishing in the proper sequence.

This phase is where the magic starts to happen, I oversee and manage the work that needs to be executed during the project.

From concept to completion. As an interior design I work as the designer and project manager to make sure the project flows as smoothly as possible from the initial meeting to the final delivery. This will include services such as planning, budget and resource management an organizing the project schedules.
